anyone know of a principal willing to nominate a teacher they don’t know in NYC?? i’ve exhausted all of my contacts and networks

i can’t legally work PT or FT while on childcare leave, then there’s this nomination hurdle. it’s like the DOE is making it impossible for me to make money unless i go back into the classroom full time

on childcare leave and i’d like to work a few days as a sub, but my principal is unable to nominate me. the fact that i need to be nominated and i’m already a full time teacher is ridiculous

@GetItMiss i literally just said it want from fubu to for all which is the problem with these acquisitions. look at shes moisture and carol’s daughter. their recipes changed and products don’t work anymore 😞😞

It was extremely hurtful that someone I considered a confidant tried to convince me that the racism I experienced with this contract deal was somehow my fault.. and I listened.

@staralixstar42 on maternity disability leave. i assigned edpuzzle videos with google forms as additional practice. all graded for completion. large number of students did nothing this week

@heymrsbond i’m 33 and this is year 9. i feel the exact same way. i can’t imagine doing this until i’m 65. absolutely not happening
