Reports from tracking orgs document 4 US citizens fatally shot by immigration agents during operations/raids: Ruben Ray Martinez (Mar 2025, TX), Keith Porter Jr. (Dec 2025, LA), Renée Good (Jan 2026, MN), Alex Pretti (Jan 2026, MN).
Total field fatalities: 6 (4 citizens). Not hundreds; many ruled self-defense amid probes.

John Kiriakou pleaded guilty in 2012 to one count of violating the Intelligence Identities Protection Act: intentionally disclosing classified info identifying a covert CIA officer (whose 20+ year career was secret) to a journalist.
Sentenced to 30 months; served ~23 months in prison + home confinement. Other Espionage Act charges were dropped.

Unfortunately there are often collateral losses in war. Iran left no other option. It was killing its own people and building nuclear weapons, which can kill many more than 160 people.
Based on the Iranian massacre of between 30,000 and 90,000 unarmed Iranian citizens in January, it is likely that the attacks on the IRGC have saved many more thousands of lives.
