🇺🇸 Liberty or Death wasn’t a slogan
It was a warning.
It was built on a natural rights foundation that spanned centuries
That made "rebellion to tyrants" more than a suggestion.
DUTY.

@TenthAmendment When you allow them to take away your Rights. It is really that simple. My Rights do not come from the Government, they are innate. I was born with them, and I will exercise them as I please. The "Government" is there to protect them, not give them to me. Just sayin'... 🤬
English
@GuyStorz @TxJollyRoger @dlbohin "congress has been violating the constitution for decades" isn't a point we give a shit about, traitor.
so - we don't care about your views either.
English
@GuyStorz @TxJollyRoger @dlbohin Way to be an anti-American piece of shit.
VILE.
That's how Thomas Paine described government by precedent. violations of the Constitution in the past do not make them suddenly "constitutional" today.
Self-deport back to England where you belong, redcoat.
English
Your rights don’t come from documents - not a constitution, not even a bill of rights.

@CeranMathis you really should not just make shit up - and instead read what they wrote -
Jefferson himself gave a reading list to understand the principles of the Declaration of Independence, and it's obvious you're not even aware of it.
English
@CeranMathis no. It's not a right for a people in one country to overthrow the government of another. no one in the revolution thought that. This is utter bullshit.
English
Yes, waging a war, without declaring it - is a serious violation of the Constitution.
Waging war - without approval from congress, as the founders all understood - was declaring it in action without following the requirement that it be declared as the Constitution spells out in Article I, Section 8, Clause 11.
Your argument is no different than "They've been passing common sense gun regulations since the 1934 NFA"
IOW: utter trash.
TXJollyRoger☠️@TxJollyRoger
@TenthAmendment @dlbohin Declaring war is not the same as waging war. Vietnam was never declared. Iraq and Afghanistan were never declared. The last declared war in the US was WW2.
English
@TxJollyRoger @dlbohin oh shit, you took an oath? MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON YOUR WRETCHED SOUL.
Taking an oath without even having a clue what you're swearing to? Your opinion means nothing here, traitor.
English
how you the the audacity to call yourself "constitutional" anything is absolutely shameful.
You haven't read a single thing from the founders - who explained in word and action - over and over and over - what these terms meant, and how they are to be implemented.
Nothing. At all. And it's obvious.
Self-deport to England, redcoat.
English
@CALUSA18 You believe that MAGA - people who act like leftists in how they treat the constitution - actually opposes the left?
That's hilarious!

@TenthAmendment While I totally agree w/you about the Founders & the authority to commit the nation to war, I have to question your labeling a group that opposes 100% of what the left supports as "leftists".
English
there is not a single person from the founding era, federalist or anti-federalist, who anyone can cite who said the president can unilaterally decide the question of peace or war.
It’s literally made up out of thin air, “living, breathing” constitutionalism. Basically, FDR and Woodrow Wilson on steroids.
And James Madison hammered the founders' view home when he said that the president does not have the power to determine whether a war ought to be "commenced, continued, or concluded"
this is why we call Trump, Levin, Graham, Cruz and the rest, a Trojan horse. Leftists who just pretend to oppose the left.
English
@TheCalmClam10 James Madison put it like this
"a refusal to cooperate with officers of the Union"
Others recommended stronger responses. But truly - every situation, every issue - is fluid and requires coordination and strong principles amongst the people.
English

@TenthAmendment And what does this resistance look like. How can we change things. Congress appears limited on their ability. What can we do in a peaceful and reasonable way to bring focus back to our basic rights and to live in peace amongst each other?
English
🇺🇸 An Unconstitutional "law" is no law at all.

This was the foundation of the American Revolution.
When government exercises arbitrary power -
power not authorized -
The people SHOULD resist it.
“By the principles of the American revolution, arbitrary power may and ought to be resisted.”

⚡️ Consolidation: The Liberty Killer
Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry, Samuel Adams - and more
They warned us that centralized power would destroy liberty.
Guaranteed.
It's time to take their wisdom seriously, and decentralize 👇🇺🇸

The Afroman Trial.
-Cops raid Afromans house for bullshit reasons.
-Steal money, break his door, fuck his house up.
-No criminality found whatsoever, no charges at all pressed on Afroman.
-Afroman spends the next 3 years making songs that make fun of all the officers involved by name, even using footage of the raid from his own CCTV cameras.
-Songs had titles like "Randy Walters is a son of a bitch" and "Lick Em Low Lisa" accusing one of the officers of being a lesbian and sleeping with the other officers wives.
-During the raid one officer looked like he was about to eat some lemon pound cake sitting on Afromans counter, Afroman made a whole album calling the officer fat.
-The cops get mad and file a lawsuit for defamation.
-Afroman turns up to court in a whole American flag suit.
-Officers performatively mald and cry while listening to the songs really trying to oversell how badly the songs upset them.
-One officer was suing because Afroman made a whole song about him saying he was fucking the officers wife. When the officer was asked if Afroman was really fucking his wife, he said "I don't know". Nuking his own case and establishing that there is a non-zero chance that Afroman might actually be fucking his wife.
-As his only witness for the trial, Afroman brought a deputies EX FUCKING WIFE.
-The jury ruled completely in favour of Afroman.
This entire thing has been a great win for free speech and absolutely fucking hilarious.
