@MickThomas16 The biggest issue and worry is once you get Nunez back on the books, we won't get rid of him like gakpo. Only advantage is there seems interest in Cody when we want to sell. But your right we definitely need another body or 2 up top

@Terry_LFC6 I just think we can’t rely on Isak with the injuries to Hugo, so we need to keep Gakpo and sign another. Cant see them out-laying anything massive and Nunez was never injured. I’m with you, he’s not good enough to be starting but a good stop gap till January.

@Terry_LFC6 Plus he wants us more so I can’t imagine he’d ask for a crazy sign on bonus if we push back. The other options are Bowen or Ferran Torres for like £30m who can play ST or RW or go in for Lewa on a 1 year contract, but his bonuses and wages would be extreme.

@callumcrosby1 @pastymuncher86 I'd much rather just give someone out the academy a run of games than see him come back, he isn't as easy to sell as your making out. People are only considering because he free (signing on bonus) if he had a transfer fee no one looks at him

@GDouglasMBIO A sideways move in terms of stats, gakpo I believe has better than Nunez, the only thing is he runs more. It was a nightmare trying to sell him on last time, he will be hard to get off the books and he still walks in with a decent sign on bonus.

@Terry_LFC6 With Salah gone and Chiesa likely departing we need 3 forwards, especially with Hugo’s reported injury length. And how is it sideways if it’s free, make it a 2 year deal and move him on once Hugo is back and firing. We don’t and can’t spend big on another striker.

@callumcrosby1 @pastymuncher86 While I agree you need grafters, you also have to have some some of end product too. Leadership is the biggest characteristic to have for me, but a managers new approach will push these players already here and improve the grafting part

@Terry_LFC6 @pastymuncher86 You don’t win leagues and UCL titles without having Grafters in the team I’m not expecting him to come and score 20 but his graft with 20/30 minutes left in tight games would be massive as it shown when he was here and he’d probably chip in a few late goals aswell
