My DMs have exploded to the point that it'll take days to reach all of you so I've put all the details about the region unlock FSD in my store - teslaandroid.com I will try to get a response to anyone interested, but with X rate limits it is becoming impossible. All S/X (with AMD) and any 3/Y with HW3 or HW4, 5 minute install, fully reversible, does not hijack the licence and removes the EU crap on V14. Current lead time is 10 days+, we've been flooded with orders.

@SwissFSD yeah, unless you have 250k to the injection tooling. Does not make sense for a few hundred units at a time. Assembly time is the constraint

It is not getting any better. What do we do, throw a 3rd printer into the mix? That could help but it won't solve the issue of us being a one man army. 7-10 day lead time now covers the Diagnostic Tool and our 2nd Generation Hardware. We'll also expedite packages to the US to make up that time by making them arrive from Poland the next business day after collection. To sweeten it up a little... We tried to make Flutter Web work, but after 4 years of struggles and constant optimisation issues we've done what every Software Engineer would do: we've put it in the bin!

Say hello to the new @TeslaAndroid frontend! Flutter Web is out for good, memory usage is down, it looks identical to the old one (including Material 3!) and it is done in vanilla js, no frameworks, external dependencies. Thanks Codex I guess! This will surely improve MCU 2 performance and allow quicker iterations down the line. I'll get it tested and shipped to beta users before going crazy on new features just to make sure that it is solid. github.com/tesla-android/…

2026.3.1 is now available Small release this time: Improved NVMe reliability by reducing write caching that could have resulted in a corrupt filesystem on power loss. We have not seen a lot of people affected, but I'd rather be safe than sorry :)
