
🚨 Tyler County Deputies Arrest Fugitive With Multiple Warrants In Fred 🚔
Fred, Texas — Tyler County deputies arrested a fugitive Sunday afternoon after spotting him walking along a roadway in the Fred area.
According to the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were patrolling the area around 4:30 p.m. on March 1, 2026, when they observed a man walking south on Farm-to-Market 92 near Fred.
Deputies recognized the man as Victor Reese Jr., 48, of Fred, who had several active warrants for his arrest. Deputies made contact with Reese, confirmed his identity, and placed him under arrest.
Reese was transported to the Tyler County Jail.
Authorities say Reese was charged on Tyler County warrants including:
• Felony Deadly Conduct
• Violation of Court Orders
• Two counts of Terroristic Threat
• Criminal Trespass
Officials say Reese remains in the Tyler County Jail with bonds totaling $85,000, set by Justice of the Peace Tina Self.
