So far, theme among #CBJ players - Zach Werenski, Ivan Provorov, and Sean Monahan, with more to come - is that they disagree with coach Rick Bowness’ impassioned “they don’t care” observation. In fairness. Bowness did soften that stance later in his comments. 1/2

There will be plenty of time to do a full autopsy on this #CBJ season. They do have one last game and then exit interviews. This will go down as one of the most disappointing seasons in franchise history given just three weeks ago, team had ~80% chance of making playoffs.

@mark_scheig Hasn’t betrayed them they just don’t have any, our top goal scorer has 26 goals, the next one is a defenseman with 22….thats how this team is built. It’s got nhl playoff team written all over it

Two quick takes. 1. #CBJ offense has betrayed them. 16 goals in their last 10 games fighting for their playoff lives. PP not helping them either going 0 for 4 tonight. 2. They're still in the fight with three games to play. All they can do is focus on Montreal. That's it.
