Nothing quite like running these trails🏔🐕🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ Ran the first four miles with my wife and then continued up the mountain. Conditioning by time and practicing trying to save energy. Ran for 2 hours. Got 12 miles and 1700ft at a 10:14 pace. Not bad. #trailrunning #ultrarunning
