When defending a 2 on 1, always take the pass. Take it so aggressively, you skate right over to the open player and give the puck carrier a full breakaway.

Warmup is for the players. Just try to rip it top shelf, and the goalie will deal with it. He’s going to face those shots in the game anyway.

Body checking key points: - Head up, hands down - Lead with your shoulder - Make contact approximately 3 feet from the boards - If possible, drive your shoulder directly into his head - If you see the players numbers, make sure you finish your check hard into the boards
