@TheBurrow Hendo or Milly would have posted this in the dressing room for all to see and the team would have responded but this team doesn't have that kind of fiery characters, most of them are too soft.

And that is the line. He hasn’t improved the team at al this season. No positive signs, forget the results, playing same way week in week out. Went ultra defensive to go unbeaten and we played the poorest teams in league and still didn’t beat them

@AdamLFC @AndyGni Problems that existed in final against NUFC existed against PSV in Nov carried on “during unbeaten run” and carried into last match against City. No improvement and now in free fall. We’ve 16 defeats so far; pretty sure we’ll end up with more. Could move past 04-05 tally💀🤢

Journalists: Slot’s had it hard. Jota died and he’s had to deal with that. Also journalists: Salah sucks. VVD is not a good enough captain. The players’ mentality is horrible. No grace given to players who lost a brother but it’s a mitigating factor for Slot? Nah. Fuck off.

The lack of structure is making the majority of our players look a mixture of leggy, lazy and past it... add in the rumours of our pathetic training plans. Its a shitshow from the coaches

@lala_aayush Back in Nov after PSV defeat , Jones had said “There’s times where we do play, but off the ball stuff…I think that’s the stuff that has to change. We have to run more, have to compete.” It is April and we saw the same thing -in fact worse now. thats how poor our stds are now.

@lala_aayush Couldn’t have said it better. What’s worst is few of us saw this back in Sep and raised alarm bells after PSV loss but were told we’re anti-LFC. Everything that the club stood for last decade under Klopp (on & off the pitch) has been decimated.

What hurts most about #LFC this year isn’t the defeats it’s the manner of them. The lack of fight, no intensity, the feeling that games are being surrendered rather than truly contested.
Standards that were built over years have collapsed in the blink of an eye, all under the illusion of “credit in the bank.” There’s no accountability, no visible consequence, and a culture that once thrived on pride and pain in defeat now feels hollow.
This club used to take losses personally now it looks like just another result. Draws were normalized. The issues run far deeper than tactics or form. Right now, it’s a complete breakdown at Liverpool Football Club. #LFC

@DanielJ1920 @NotSlotaClue Yeah build up is slow compared to what Klopp or Hoeneß play. Madrid is a different beast. The players are prima Donna’s.. yet he had 70+% win rate and better than Areola and Ancelotti so I’d consider Madrid to be an outlier.

Still think the build-up is often too slow & even though I'm fine with him restricting some players natural attacking insticts, that's part of what cost him at Madrid.

There is also a massive contingent that will immediately be turned off to any suggestions of a back 3 setup. It's not Liverpool and it never has been, I think it could work, maybe.

@DanielJ1920 @NotSlotaClue Exactly ..it’s a lazy narrative against Xabi. He has used 3-4-2-1 /4-2-3-1 (low blocks)/ 4-3-3 and 2-3-5 in possession. Even when Alonso starts with a “back 3,” it often becomes: 2-3-5 in attack and 3-2 rest defense.

@NotSlotaClue If it's Alonso who comes, I don't believe he'll play a back 3 tbh...
But, i also think the slow build-up & always wanting at least 5 players behind the ball won't go down well with the fanbase the longer he's in the job.
