@JustinRYoung I started with Girl Beneath the Sea through WGC ads. I have ended up reading his first books last. And it is clear how much better has gotten. I’m a big fan of @AndrewMayne ‘s writing.

After writing each book he read a book on writing. Each book got better. Each idea got sharper. He got an agent. He got a book deal. He is obviously talented, but his success comes from a dedication to craft and an ability to complete a task.

A while ago, a friend of mine set his mind to being a writer. He asked me to read a novella he wrote on a flight coming back to FL from SXSW. It was good. I had some thoughts. Mostly on clarity. He published it on Amazon. Then he wrote a novel.

@thefamouspaul Our rule when I installed satellites was nothing we could not consume on the spot, we could accept a water or coke or something like that but that was all.

Took a training class on ethics today at my retail job. Focus on not accepting gifts or lavish trips from people connected to the workplace. How the fuck do we have this kind of instruction for hourly workers and apparently no such required learning for the goddamn Supreme Court?
