Assisting in developing the @MCPFootball offense, quarterbacks coach Josh Skrmetti is a veteran among the Royals’ staff. “Skrmetti is an excellent coach and has been for us for many years. He’s got a sharp eye for the game and he’s an excellent teacher of the game,” said Mission Prep HC @coach_dschuster. “Very thankful for his work and his friendship.” Smrmetti continues to oversee the battle for the Royals starting QB. The QB battle continues to heat up as the Royals scrimmage at @IHSEaglesFB Friday.

Back with @MCPFootball for his second season, Coach Dan Ferrigno brings 40 years of coaching experience to the staff. “Coach Dan is incredible. I’m so thankful for his help. He’s made our program better. When he speaks, everyone listens,” said @coach_dschuster. “When you got John Harbaugh on @nflnetwork giving him a shout-out, you know you got a legend on staff.” His officially title is Special Teams Coordinator, he also coaches WRs & DBs. Ferrigno was a college coach for 38 years at Cal, Michigan, Oregon, Oregon State, USC, Cal Poly, San Diego St, Washington St and others.
