The lady's name is Usha Patel, a woman of Gujarati origin working in Britain. While travelling on a train, she saw a Muslim man. As it has become common for some people after 2014, the moment they see a Muslim, they seem compelled to start their own version of patriotism. The same happened here. The moment she saw the man, she allegedly started making abusive remarks like, "Go to Pakistan! and Go to Morocco!" The Muslim man, who's a doctor by profession, simply recorded the incident & called the police. Well, Britain is not a place like India where such behaviour earns applause. Instead of cheers, the law stepped in. The police escorted the lady off the train and she was sent to jail. Now she's deported & back in Gujarat, enjoying the great infrastructure built by Mr Modi. 🤡🤣

@DPanther49433 Oh didn't know that. But in AP we are one of the most downtrodden communities. I used to feel very uncomfortable to even disclose my caste identity while I was studying. We have no respect & looked down upon even today.

@DPanther49433 I'm an OBC (Mangali/Nai/Barber caste). Am I not opposing Brahmanism? My community is on par with Dalits in terms of social & economic backwardness. I think it's important to distinguish between feudal OBC communities & non-feudal OBC communities.

For thousands of years, caste Hindus defended the practice of Untouchability in the name of tradition. Nearly a century ago, the British govt stepped in and opened schools, roads, and public water tanks to everyone. Their stand was clear: the state would not allow caste Hindus to block certain people from using public roads just because they were labeled Untouchables. In that situation, the real problem was not with the Untouchables, it was with the Hindus. Your tradition must stop the moment it violates basic human liberty.
