@AnthonyGladiato @vaughanilla_cos It’s worst. Amnesia plotpoint ruining the build up of Harry vs Peter. MJ forced out of the relationship after building it up for two movies. Symbiote Spider-Man is a joke compared to comics version and horrible Eddie Brock. The only good thing about it is Sandman and the memes.
English

@vaughanilla_cos Almost perfect take, I still dont think Spider-Man 3 is that bad as much as you like to promote the agenda

@TheWayneBruce Respectfully, I simply cannot sanction your buffoonery

You guys clearly do not understand women, that was not a look of disappointment because she wanted him to say yes, its a look of annoyance and frustration because men can never accept simply being friends with women without liking them. She didn't want him to say yes.

Nikki looked disappointed in Bear’s answer
English

@_SHAAMUUU_ Agree with all except TASM2, I put it above FFH and SM3
English

@TheDevilsDonuts It’s meant to be for both Bear and the audience, the story is told through the perspective of Bear, he’s in every scene. There’s even moments in the story we don’t get to see and only hear about if Bear wasn’t present, like the convos between Nikki and others
English

@TheWayneBruce Common when you’re teasing your friend as well. Yes it’s meant to be mixed but for Bear not the audience. Every other aspect of their relationship shows she’s not interested but Bear chooses to focus on those “hints” because it lines up with what HE wants.
English

@t0thpick @Skootish99 He is, but not in the common sense of the word. It’s a very moral ambiguous scenario which is why it’s such a great script, not as extreme or literal as a regular rapist, but the fact he had sex with someone who he knew, wasn’t able to give proper consent does make him one.
English

@TheWayneBruce @Skootish99 It’s rape but Bear isn’t really a rapist he has no clue what he’s doing at the time
English

@t0thpick @Skootish99 Your comprehension is very poor. The dialogue, performances and the music all make it clear that the horror of the scene is that it’s rape. Bear saying “it doesn’t matter to me” is admitting he’s fine with having sex, even tho he knows it’s because of the wish, not her choice.
English

@Skootish99 Calling him a rapist is just so lame and boring when he didn’t know she wasn’t herself
English

@TheDevilsDonuts Yeah and then when he tells her how he feels about Sarah she makes fun of her for it… common when a girl is jealous. Again it’s mixed signals, that’s the point. To create ambiguity and theorization.
English

@TheWayneBruce The “hints” are written in a well done way to give bear hope BUT the movie shows the audience that she clearly doesn’t feel the same way. Aside from this scene she also refers to him as a “little brother” and brings up a possible romance between Bear and Sarah to him.
English

@LesbeanTiefling I think beauty of the film is the perspective of Bear being the central storytelling point, so things like her responses are not as clear since it wouldnt be easy for him to tell either. Mixed signals are a common thing with friendzone/situationships stuff and Curry got that.
English

@TheWayneBruce I want to ask if that might be the reason why it's ambiguous? To let the viewer decide on their interpretations. Because it's informative that men see it as "Well she might actually be into him" and women see it as "She want's to let him down without any wiggle room for doubt"
English

@libcantfunction What? I’m just saying it’s written for it to create that reaction. And a man wrote and directed the film that made you feel that way btw so let’s stop generalizing genders to create conflict and let’s start using our brains.
English

@TheWayneBruce Saying im projecting when its just the average female experience. Yes! Im projecting! Because this happens to every woman! Men cannot see the fine line between friendship and relationship and then lash out when they are rejected! Yet women are supposed to be the emotional ones...
English

@TtRezz950 @Sencio79 @KingWow Yea slice of pie is the exposure she’s getting and the offers that will come afterwards. Thats how it’s always worked but people don’t know much about behind the scenes
English

Yeah I would be sick if I worked on this for $9000 too

‘OBSESSION’ is now eyeing a $300–330M worldwide finish. That would be more than 400x its reported $750K production budget – one of the biggest box office multipliers in film history.
English

@SpikeDaHedgehog I don’t see any of them tbh. ATJ is the only close to good imo
English

@rarebitfiend13 Not as shallow as you present it. There’s layers to the reasoning of his “dressing up in an animal costume”
English

A man who dresses up in an animal costume to fight crime is a fun idea for kids. It isn’t really meant for adults unless they understand why it’s fun. I get why people still love it, but making this character into a grim adult drama (which it isnt) has ruined it, and is one of the things making comics lame.

What's your unpopular Batman opinion?
English

@random_stuff_x_ @loveiceprincesz It’s more about staying in the past alongside a toxic fanbase instead of moving on to newer projects. The general audience doesn’t fw Zack anymore so he has to feed his DC fanbase constantly for them to be the ones to check his future movies. You can’t be this naive to not see it
English

@loveiceprincesz You are obsessed with everything Zack posts. Imagine hating on a director just for sharing their work on their personal Instagram account, which was originally created to share memories

@Ultra__Mayhem @dragoon2691 Bro you didn’t watch it lmao, months passed
English

@dragoon2691 There's also the back and forth her relationship with Peter was going in the movie, she breaks up with him and later just dates him again in less than a hour
English

No? Lol Raimi MJ is an actual character instead of Peter's gf which many on the fandom want her to be ONLY
