@The_DPS I made a payment to you by bank transfer which is instant but has not appeared on my account. I phoned and was told it takes 3 to 5 days to clear, which is false. 3 to 5 days to reconcile? I remain extremely concerned.

Hi Julian, We make payment by Bacs as we are not a bank we do not have fast transaction facilities, A Bacs payment normally takes 3 working days to go through, as long as it’s sent before the cut-off time. So if a Bacs payment is sent Friday before the cut-off time, it should arrive by Tuesday the next week. Regards Andy.
