@Essex_Waceke Respectfully, this is incorrect. 9 of the showcasing designers were Kenyan brands operating in Nairobi, while 4 were international. Nairobi Fashion Week exists to elevate Kenyan creatives within a global dialogue not replace them. Accurate reporting matters.

A big percentage of the designers showcased were from outside Kenya. Genuine question — was this Nairobi Fashion Week or Africa Fashion Week? Compare that to Lagos Fashion Week where most designers are Nigerian(80%) and LFW (50%).
