The whole @bankofengland summary is worth reading in full. Market is interpreting this is "hawkish". In other words pointing towards further hikes.

In the middle of an energy crisis UK Wind Power has fallen to less than 10% of claimed capacity.

UK Wind Power has more than halved to 2.8GW this morning. With 3.5GW of Solar we are burning 12.5GW of Gas as well as importing 6.8GW. Hydro is 0.8GW. Nuclear is 4GW and the awful Biomass 2.7GW The price of wholesale electricity over the past 24 hours was £111 per MWh.
