@ForTheWinTCG It's easy to see this as engagement farming, as people disingenuously post like this for clicks.
But as a reminder, modern YGO is like this if you don't build a deck that consistently interacts with this board or the building of this board (via hand traps).
Just food for thought.

@Bruhmoment41876 @quintisius I'm not Mormon and yet certain words from this caused me to go from mental panic to stopping and reading.
Well, the mention of Jesus was what did it for me. For what it's worth this steady assurance might still be something worth living for. God seems to still be paving the way.

You know, I used to be a lot like you. While I am only 24, I too saw the miserable state of the world when I was a child, I began to really see things for how they really were when I was 13, in 2014.
I too wanted to get as far away from society, in fact after I graduated Highschool that was exactly my plan; to leave it all behind and build a homestead in the mountains. I thought that these people were surely doomed, that our fate as a species had been sealed. Keep in mind that at this time I was an ex-mormon atheist. I had found a plot of land that I wished to buy around the end of 2019, and I had made plans to save as much as I could while still living with my parents, then COVID hit.
At first I was a little skeptical, but still willing to go along with the lockdowns and the masks and all that, but then the weeks turned to months, and it showed no signs of slowing down. I began to notice that things weren't adding up, the death tolls, the symptoms, the measures being taken, there were so many flaws that contributed to me finally giving up on the prevention measures.
As the situation continued to deteriorate, I began to notice more and more people finally having their delusion shattered, not just in regards to COVID, but everything the elites were up to. I saw people I once considered lost beyond help finally starting to grasp the situation we were in. The election that took place that year, the sketchy polling station tactics, the security footage from inside the buildings, the sudden jump in Biden votes in the middle of the night, it all contributed to more people finally getting it. January 6th, 2021, seeing conservatives finally do something, watching people break into the capitol rekindled a hope in me that I thought was long gone, people were finally starting to get it.
During the lockdowns, I started smoking cannabis. This would lead to some profound moments of introspection that I hadn't really had before then, it would also contribute to a number of spiritual experiences that I would spend multiple days trying to make sense of. Sometimes it was like a whisper, sometimes it was like a vision. Each experience was like a small piece of a massive puzzle I was trying to piece together, which would ultimately culminate in me looking into religion again. I decided to pick up where I left off, and began reading the Book of Mormon again. Idk if most of it had simply gone over my head as a child, but the warnings contained in that book, the prophecies given of the end times, the struggles that the people of that time were facing, it was almost a perfect parallel of our world today.
I looked into other religions, I contemplated their theology and mysticism, but no other religion gave the same strength of spiritual experience. I realized that regardless of archeological evidence, that the book was true, and divinely inspired. There was a 0% chance of a New England farm boy like Joseph Smith being able to so perfectly predict what would become of this world unless it was divinely inspired, and because it was divinely inspired I knew that it was true, that the people in the book really did live and dwell on this continent, and they faced the same issues and struggles we face today.
This all would lead to one of the most pronounced spiritual experience I've ever had. It was something that happened all at once, a prompting, a vision, and a realization; that God has tasked me with preventing what was coming, that I have a divine duty to pour my time and talent into the righteous cause of justice. Jesus Christ, who saw what was to come, who saw every person who would ever live, who knew them better than they knew themselves, concluded that this was a people worth saving, and though I had my doubts about this people, I knew that Christ knew better than I did, and I put aside my own beliefs and began to conceive a plan by which this people could be saved from the situation we were heading towards.

The greatest divide among the right is between the young and the old. As a Zoomer myself, this is what I have to say to the people who oppose Kai:
If your ideology worked, it would be obvious by now. If your rhetoric was convincing, that too, would be obvious by now. Older "conservatives" did practically nothing while our education system was infiltrated and taken over by subversive actors, they did nothing while school curriculum degraded, and began promoting self hatred to white children. They did nothing while our rights were eroded. They did nothing while our jobs were off shored. They did nothing while our currency was drastically inflated. They did nothing as our food became poisonous. They did nothing to stop infinite migration. They did nothing to preserve morality. They did nothing to preserve our culture. They did nothing to preserve the American Dream. They continue to do nothing, or even offer up viable solutions to the current situation. Older "conservatives" have completely failed to conserve anything of value.
People like Kai are the voice of our generation. We are the ones with the solutions, and a vision for a better future. If you're not going to be a part of the solution, the least you could do is not be a part of the problem.

The College Republicans of America is a groyper movement now. Patriots will need to look to other movements that mentor the next generation and call them to actual greatness instead of patronizing them like a bad youth pastor, or worse, intentionally leading them into evil.

@DanGreenVoices I see not wanting things to be political, but people like you never express this outrage when any Democrats post stuff like this.
This says less about the cringe or outrage and more about the discrimination we face for valuing anything your media establishment wants us to think.

It came to my attention that the White House used my voice to encourage violence in Iran. Doing so tacitly implicates Kazuki Takahashi’s most beloved contribution, which continues to inspire people to become who they are, and this was presented in a way far removed from the story he was telling. Takahashi died saving others.
Yu-Gi-Oh! is universal, not political. It is disrespectful to present it in any other way.

@hyper_imagine Speaking of old, this post didn't age well, did it?
Now we have Nintendo throwing a temper tantrum over this and now even suing them over something else!
Seems to me this is less pandering and more a firestarter against the left-wing establishment.

Is her law expertise being put to work after all?

@Urban__Tree What is it with women being whores like this!?
It's Foxglove all over again!
I'm just sick of all these women with no standards! It's no wonder we cling to fictional females and even prefer irl men.
This is a terrible state of things and I'm tired of pretending otherwise!

So what I'm getting from all this is that the whole schtick with ID verification is to be paired with "safety" so that Microsoft can indoctrinate kids with destructive ideologies.
That's all I'm getting from this. Parents need to wake up, seriously. They're coming for our kids!

You don't hate Denuvo enough, Iran's government had cut our internet for 13 days, and the games that have Denuvo didn't launch at all, thanks I guess both software company and government loves destroying our gaming habit these days

Anthem is now dead. I've heard it might have been very salvageable if it wasn't for the use of Denuvo. SKG is obviously too slow to save it, but we're building more and more legal attention to this practice. It's ridiculous this happens to begin with.
