Tasks. Priorities. Done. Not another productivity app. Just a simpler way to get things done.

I'm done just posting about productivity. I want to actually talk to people who are struggling with it. If you: → Keep breaking your own promises to yourself → Start strong but lose momentum after a few days → Feel productive but never feel like you've done enough DM me. I'm hosting free 1-on-1 calls — no pitch, no agenda. Just a real conversation. Let's figure it out together.

I tried every productivity app I could find. At some point, I realized: I was spending more time organizing tasks than actually doing them. So I built something simpler. No noise. No friction. Just clarity. If that sounds like what you need → Tobedoo.

Clarity > Motivation. You don’t need to feel inspired. You need to know exactly what to do next. A simple system that works: 1 task → clear priority → just start That’s it. Most apps overcomplicate this. Tobedoo is built to do the opposite.

@TobedooApp @vladsiu Hi! Would you like to list your project on a Product Hunt alternative for free? They’re looking for unique projects, and yours would be a great fit.

That’s fair feedback — appreciate it. "Stupidly simple, seriously effective" is more about the feel of the product, but you’re right, it doesn’t explain the job it does. It’s a simple task manager built for people who feel overwhelmed by overcomplicated productivity apps — quick capture, clear priorities, no clutter.

@TobedooApp @NaivaidyaY66600 Great product I noticed something. I like the tag line "stupidly simple..." It's cool but it doesn't tell me what you do. What does your product do, and which problem does it solve? Highlight the problem you solve for your ICP and your user count will increase

@vladsiu Haha yep, that’s the thing about task managers. What works for one might not work for another. Existing ones did not work for me and here we are!

Hard truth: Most solo businesses don't fail because the idea was bad. They fail because the founder got tired of telling people about it.

@NanouuSymeon it creates a greater dependency and before you know it, you are not just delegating your tasks, you are delegating your thinking to AI

I love lightweight apps. Like what do you mean I need to buy a new computer just to use the app? 😭

@DanielSmidstrup Honestly, yeah. Most people are busy trying to "post better" and ignore the replies. But a simple, thoughtful response is how conversations actually start — and that’s where the real connections come from.

Replying to people consistently is underrated. That’s how a lot of online connections start.

@DanielSmidstrup A little fear is useful — it means you’re stretching. But if it’s only fear, it’s probably too vague or too big to act on. The sweet spot: big enough to scare you, clear enough to start today.

@theandreilucian True — but only if it’s intentional. Mindless repetition = noise. Clear, consistent repetition = memory. The difference is whether people recognize you… or scroll past you.

@anupamrjp Manually rewriting yesterday's unfinished tasks into today's list — every single morning. tobedoo.com rolls them over automatically, so nothing falls through the cracks and you never start your day playing catch-up.

I don’t care how “innovative” your SaaS is. Tell me this in ONE line 👇 What annoying, daily task disappears when I use it?
