The mentality in this game was identical to the Wolves one and surprise surprise, same scoreline. We sit off hoping for a counter, then concede, then try to get on the front foot and concede again. Surely Moyes can see that approach doesn't work?

@GeoffWilkinson_ We just know he will start Anderson or swap him for Lanzini though. Only team in a relegation battle that continues to play "luxury players"!

#WHUFC. If Ogbonna is fit he has to start against Spurs. Move Rice back to CDM and drop Anderson. Revert to a 4-3-3 making sure Bowen and Fornals support Antonio with pace on the break... Anyway, cue Tottenham 3-0 win now 👍

@tone_hammer @WestHam This was on the assumption Anderson isnt fit. If he is he has to be in contention to play as he is by far our biggest creative threat but this formation 👍👍

@TonyChristofi @WestHam Anderson is our best player . He would always start in my team . Lost confidence when he kept getting taking off with 20 to go. That's when his best work is done , when the game get stretched .⚒️

I am no tactical genuis (albeit winning 20+ titles on Football Manager...) but surely this is the formation @WestHam should be playing? Plenty of support for Haller with pace out wide. Rice and Soucek both have engines to cover midfield and Fornals will work hard in front?

@RockyWhu Agree. This was based on Anderson being unfit as I do rate him highly. The players are there if used in a proper system...

@DJReeceHodges @WestHam Been disappointed - do feel a lot of it is down to overall team performance. There is clearly a talent in there. He is probably as frustrated in some respects - lot of promises that have not been kept.. With that said, he is on 6 figures so the lack of effort is not acceptable
