माननीय कलेक्टर महोदय केंद्र की मोदी सरकार के देश को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के प्रयास सतत जारी है. ऊर्जा के मामले में भी भारत आत्मनिर्भर हो इसके लिए महती प्रयास जैसे सोलर पैनल और इलेक्ट्रिक व्हीकल को सरकारी रूप से बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है. वर्तमान वैश्विक परिस्थिति में भारत अपनी जरुरत का कच्चा तेल कहाँ से लेता है ..इस पर भी जमकर राजनीति हो रही. सस्ता कच्चा तेल और उसमें भी इथेनॉल मिश्रण इस बात के प्रयास हैं की सरकार आयातित ऊर्जा में कमी लाना चाहती है ..जो की एक श्रेयस्कर योजना है. महोदय यदि शाशन प्रशाशन सही तरीके से इलेक्ट्रिक व्हीकल की योजना को लागू करे तो निश्चित रूप से आयातित ऊर्जा पर निर्भरता को कई गुना घटाया जा सकता है और पर्यावरण की मदद होगी ...सो अलग. इसी सन्दर्भ में आपसे अनुरोध है की कृपया हल्की श्रेणी के इलेक्ट्रिक दो पहिया जैसे साइकिल ..रिक्शा और स्कूटर आदि को प्रशाशनिक स्तर पर बढ़ावा दिया जाए. इससे शहर के भीतर प्रदूषण नियंत्रण से लेकर तेज गति से गाडी चलाने की प्रवृत्ति पर भी काबू किया जा सकेगा. लोग ईंधन की कीमत की चिंता किये बिना यदि घर से बाहर निकलेंगे तो निश्चित ही शहर में स्थानीय व्यापार को लाभ मिलेगा. इसके अतिरिक्त कई सामाजिक कार्य भी पूर्ण हो सकेंगे जिससे शहर की राष्ट्रीय अंतराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर अच्छी छवि बन सकेगी. उदाहरण के लिए यदि कचरा उठाने वाले कर्मी शत प्रतिशत इलेक्ट्रिक रिक्शा का उपयोग करें तो धुप गर्मी उमस में भी वे अपना कार्य सरलता से कर पाएंगे. इसी तरह कई पुरानी तरह के रिक्शा को इलेक्ट्रिक में बदल पाने से उनके यात्री या माल ढोने की क्षमता में काफी बढ़ोत्तरी होगी और वो बाजार से ज्यादा आजीविका कमा सकेंगे. महोदय आपसे अनुरोध है की इन सभी बिन्दुओ पर विचार कर शहर में इलेक्ट्रिक दो पहिया को बनाने सुधारने के इकोसिस्टम को आग्रहपूर्वक आगे बढ़ाया जाए. स्कूल कॉलेजों और कई आईटीआई संस्थानों में इसके शार्ट टर्म कोर्स शुरू किये जा सकते हैं. शहर के प्रतिष्ठित इंजीनियरिंग संस्थान जैसे बीआईटी और आईआईटी के प्रशिक्षक समेत बैटरी उत्पादन करने वाली कंपनियां भी इसमें विशेष सहायक हो सकती हैं. कृपया व्यापक जनहित हेतु इस विषय पर यथोचित क्रियान्वयन आदेशित करें. धन्यवाद सहित
