With a background in law, you already know there’s a loophole to all things 🤭 Since credit companies (Equifax, Transunion and Experian) aren’t federal companies, the info they house can always be faulty. Per law, without valid and up to date info, they’re required to “fix” or delete incorrect info. So, I researched the who, what, when, where and how with the loans first… Then, I made note of what’s incorrect. Sent letters to my loan sharks and the credit companies. Since time goes on and life happens, addresses change, numbers fluctuate… info naturally becomes inaccurate through human error. I used it to my advantage, and was able to prove that by cents, balances were inaccurate and addresses were “never lived at—then, bam. No loan, credit shot up to 752 the day they were removed. All this shit is a game, trust imma find my way to play it too. 😭😭😭
