Widespread rain returns to the area with a frontal passage on Tue, 3/24. Here's a forecast loop showing precipitation timing. Increasing S to SW winds will also accompany this frontal passage, with peak wind gusts as high as 40-50 mph at the coast & 25-35 mph for inland valleys.
