So I didn't want to ask for help until I had specific things for people to do and help on. Also, I want to make sure I'm ready to vet volunteers because we'll be dealing with marginalized writers' personal data. Thank you again for your patience and support!

I really appreciate everyone who has reached out about volunteering! I'm going to have some formal info about mentoring and other volunteer opportunities in the coming weeks. One thing that's very important to me is that the time of everyone working on this is valued...

Happy Pride! Just wanted to say that I'm still working on Trans Writes. Sorry that it's taken this long to launch, but I'm doing it all on my own time and the past year has included some serious health issues, a move, a layoff, and the passing of a few near and dear loved ones.

Trans Writes stands in solidarity with our trans siblings on this especially difficult day. We are still working on rolling out our website, database and newsletter but plan on launching soon. Thank you for your continued support.

Hey folks: I straight up broke my wrist on Friday night. Had been planning on getting a lot of Trans Writes work done this weekend but I've had to take it easy. Thank you for your patience.

Also, a lot of people have reached out about helping out, so we're set to have more volunteers soon, but as of right now everything is being done by one person so I (@GraceGThomas) appreciate your patience as I work a full time job and freelance in addition to this. Thank you!

Hey folks: just a reminder that while the email address associated with transwrites.org (gracethomas@transwrites.org) works the site is not up and running yet but we do own the domain and are working on it. As of today this org is three weeks old lol. Thanks!!
