Middle school PE 10y Fly (in flats) leaderboard this year compared to same day last year. This year we have 42 kids so far over 17mph. Last year we had 20 at this time! #FeedTheCats

Year 4 of our Summer MS Strength and Speed program and we had the highest turn out yet. Each year we have averaged more kids than the previous and we’re looking to keep building!

@Trebow2 I’ve had enough of taking the 0-0 fastball, step out shake your head and look at the umpire, then swing at a breaker nowhere near the zone. Zero approach is hard to watch.

Hitters that get make an out on the first pitch, you don’t need to have an individual conversation with everyone in the lineup telling them what you saw. You saw one pitch, how much info could you have possibly gathered that would be beneficial for everyone to hear??
