I know Quint Kessenich gets a lot of criticism every year at the NCAA tournament. I get it. But in his defense, I do a lot of post-match interviews for high school wrestling in Oklahoma. It's a little trickier than people realize.

Couple things i’ve noticed from March Matness 1. First move shouldn’t be a roll during OT rideouts. Quick sit or stand up is hard to stop. 2. Throwing legs in on top during OT rideouts… super risky. Unless your name is @RidgeLovett 3. Wrestling is really hard.
