I was hospitalized with typhoid recently 😑 Prior to that though, my health was actually making excellent progress which despite the bullshit has left me feeling optimistic. In fact, for the first time since my health scare in 2019 -- when my liver had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic called Augmentin which very literally nearly killed me and then gave rise to a potentially life threatening autoimmune disorder -- I began to physically train and also slowly recover the massive amount of weight I lost back then. I was feeling very encouraged and hopeful, not just because of me finally being able to physically train and push myself without any adverse reactions, but also because my symptoms overall improved in an unprecedented game changing way. But then I got extremely sick with this typhoid bullshit, lost a bunch of weight, had to take antibiotics which left me remarkably weak, and I also had some previous symptoms return. Of course, this has been very discouraging for obvious reasons. But fortunately, my optimism and eternal disobedience towards hopelessness has proved to be much stronger🖕 My friends, family and supporters have also been so amazingly encouraging and supportive during this crazy journey that you've undeniably helped me get through these challenging times! ❤️ This is a long overdue update from the mountain ✅
