It will cost me the price of 4 full day passes and a day of full board in Disney also, traveling at 6am not lunch time with autistic children that don't do well out of their time routine.@AerLingus

@AerLingus changed my flight from Paris to Dublin as the 17.20 flight was cancelled. Instead of changing it to the 13.40 or the 21.10 flight they changed me to the 10.05am flight (the cheapest one of the day. They email saying they selected the flight that will cause the LEAST

@Tweet_Ireland @AerLingus They looked up the wrong flight telling me the flight I needed wasn't available (checked dub to Paris not Paris to Dublin) and then nothing... @AerLingus seems to just reply to messages for show..

Horrendous customer service, I have been offered a refund or voucher.. to do what with??? Book the flight you are refusing to change me to?? @AerLingus please sort this out...

@OonaghMclaughl4 @AerLingus Just wondering if the airline came back to you? Also just wondering if the price you originally paid for that late night flight was good value? Even made you pick it as it was a low price? Did they tell you that they moved you to the next available flight?

@AerLingus I am disgusted with Aerlingus changing our flight from malaga oct 2nd @ 23.00 to 13.30 hrs. At such short notice. What a waste of a day as we are only there for 3days. No compensation. Very poor service.
