@ibuildthecloud Thanks for the feedback! We should probably add an option for an empty project which you can add your own emitters to. Option 2 is for when you want to package types and decorators into a library. Option 3 is for building a new emitter.

@TypeSpecLang I just want to create a jsonschema. That should be an option. Yeah, I get that REST is probably the thing sorta. But options 2 and 3. What the heck are those?
