Did you know that you can change the calssification of files in OneDrive? Documents in OneDrive are automatically labeled as sensitive. Users can change the label to reflect what data they are handling by opening the file and clicking the shield icon next to the title.

During the maintenance, uabfile.ad.uab.edu will be unavailable and you will be unable to connect to UABFile, read files from it, save changes to files, or create new files on it.

As part of ongoing maintenance to improve speed and reliability, UABFile will be unavailable the second weekend of March, beginning at 7 p.m. Friday, March 13, until 7 a.m. Monday, March 16.

When was the last time you updated your Duo app?We think it's time you check to see if you're running on the most updated version. Users have until March 31 to update their app, or risk the loss of using push notifications to authenticate.

UAB is a member of the Eduroam WiFi network. Eduroam provides a free, secure WiFi service that allows UAB users to log in to WiFi at participating universities with their BlazerIDs.

Did you know the Duo app actually takes very little space on devices, with only 18 MB of storage. That’s probably smaller than the pics of last week’s PowerPoint lecture. Besides, one push notification being sent 500 times a month only uses 1 MB of data in total.
