This YouTube video onboarded me to Web3 🦾 I was fascinated but at the same time shocked. Fascinated that people made so much money with NFTs. Shocked that people actually spent that much on them. 5 years later I hold a @BoredApeYC, multiple @pudgypenguins and some other NFTs NFTs have the best communities in Web3. That is not even a debate. I think it was @nullinger who made this video. Respect for that 🦍 What was the first thing that got you into Web3?

Started my day strong 🦾 Woke up at 5am, was in the gym by 6am Warmup 15 km on the bicycle Followed by 1 hour of strength endurance training A friend recommended I try eating only soups for one week. So yesterday we started with pumpkin soup. Let’s see what happens Current weight after training 94.4 kg The plan for the next 12 weeks: one week lose weight, next week hold it. Then repeat 🦾 Slow and steady. No shortcuts 🦾 Are you an early morning gym person or do you prefer evenings?

Sunday update 🦾 Every Sunday I will post a bigger update about my fitness journey Started 8 days ago at 98.5 kg, don’t ask 😅 This week I finished at 94.7 kg Every Sunday I will take a photo and we will see what is possible in 8 to 12 weeks with discipline and consistency. I will also try different diets during this time and tell you honestly what worked and what was a waste of time. No filters, no fake progress. Just real results 🦾

BTC trading update 📊 I closed my BTC short yesterday. Was a little bit too early, but I wasn’t 100% sure on the continuation Opened a long a couple hours later. TP is above entry now.
