❄️DC Snow Threat Update❄️ Friday Night/Saturday: Odds of a measurable snowfall along the I-95 corridor INCREASING as evening models trend storm closer. Possibly 1-2"...mostly on grass. Sunday: Flurry threat decreasing. Tuesday/Wednesday: No change. Snow showers possible.

Just inspected the roads, main roads look clear and fine, secondary roads, sidewalks, parking spots are all slippery, be careful

@MCPSsnow that is true but go walk outside, everything is way too slippery and temps tomorrow are below freezing whole day

Main roads are looking good, side roads and residential roads are very wet (that'll freeze). Sidewalks will be an issue, not an easy call.

@MCPSsnow most likely a delay will occur, and re-evaluate conditions tomorrow morning again for a chance of closing

Cold air wrapping around the storm leads to a hard freeze tonight. Icy side streets and sidewalks may lead to more school delays tomorrow.
