The American political arena isn’t a game of chess between equals. It’s a rigged slaughterhouse where one side gets to swing the cleaver and the other is expected to thank them for the privilege of bleeding. Cheating is fine...if you’re a Democrat. Authoritarianism is fine...if you’re a Democrat. Lawfare...the deliberate weaponization of courts, agencies, and statutes as political scalpels...is not merely fine, it’s the highest form of strategy if you’re a Democrat. This isn’t “both sides” hypocrisy. This is asymmetric pathology. The modern Democratic machine operates from a core psychological defect: narcissistic moral entitlement fused with authoritarian control needs. They have convinced themselves that their vision of the future is so morally pristine that any violation of norms, laws, or democratic guardrails is not corruption...it’s prophylaxis. Rig the election? Necessary. Censor dissent? Public health. Prosecute political opponents while shielding your own? Rule of law. The ends don’t just justify the means; the means dissolve the moment they inconvenience the anointed. Facts are stubborn: documented ballot harvesting operations in key urban centers, Big Tech suppression coordinated with federal agencies, selective enforcement of campaign finance laws that magically never touch the right people, and lawfare campaigns timed to kneecap candidates...these are not conspiracy theories. They are observable, repeatable patterns of power maintenance by a party that views the Constitution as an obstacle rather than a covenant. And the Republicans? They are not the opposition. They are the designated losers. Spineless, gutless, invertebrate custodians of performative principle. They lack the will, the killer instinct, the raw, primal “I don’t give a fuck, I will burn it down before I let you win” ferocity required to meet fire with napalm. While Democrats treat politics as existential war, Republicans treat it as a gentleman’s debate club where losing with dignity is somehow noble. Result? Democrats can do literally anything...steal, lie, persecute, censor, mandate, rig...because they understand the one immutable law of power: if you seize it and never let go, the rules become whatever you say they are. Republicans are not allowed to play the same game. They’re not even allowed to acknowledge the game is rigged. One stray tweet, one unscripted rally, one hint of actual resistance, and the entire regime apparatus...media, DOJ, NGOs, tech...descends like locusts while their own “leadership” clutches pearls and whispers about “norms.” This is not sustainable. A republic cannot survive when one party operates as an authoritarian cartel and the other as its willing doormat. The pathology is terminal unless the weak are replaced by the ruthless. Nature doesn’t reward the spineless. It devours them. And right now, the Republican Party is begging to be devoured. 💀⚔️

Democrats hate democracy. Let me repeat: DEMOCRATS HATE DEMOCRACY. When Democrats refer to "democracy," just replace the word "democracy" with "things that ensure Democrats have totalitarian control." Example: "We support democracy." Becomes: "We support things that ensure Democrats have totalitarian control." NEVER EVER EVER let a Democrat pontificate about "democracy." They are all liars and cheats, every last one.

In a rare and frankly unearned moment of access, we sat down with Doris, a six-year-old Texel ewe resident on a Lake District fell at 400 metres, to discuss the accusations currently being levelled at British sheep. "Doris, thank you for agreeing to this interview." Doris looked at me, then resumed grazing. "There's a strong public argument that sheep have destroyed the British uplands." Doris raised her head. She regarded the hillside around her, which carries tormentil, bird's-foot trefoil, eyebright and roughly thirty other wildflower species whose existence depends on her family having kept the vegetation short for a thousand years. Then she looked back at me with what I can only describe as quiet scepticism. "Some campaigners suggest that removing sheep would allow nature to return." Doris walked a short distance to a patch of bracken. She sniffed it without interest. Bracken is toxic to her. It would consume this hillside within a decade of her removal. What the campaigners picture, when they imagine a sheep-free Britain, would not exist. What would exist is scrub. "Sheep numbers have declined 27% since the 1990s." Doris was aware. Brian maintains a spreadsheet. The campaigns against sheep farming have succeeded in reducing sheep farming. The environmental indicators the campaigns said would improve have got worse. Curlew down 65%. Upland wildflower diversity declining. Doris did not gloat. Doris is not that kind of sheep. "Some say sheep contribute little to the nation's food supply." Doris regarded the fell. 32 degrees of slope. Peaty acidic soil. No arable potential of any kind. The land produces one thing humans can eat, and the thing it produces passes through Doris. 300 million kilograms of lamb and mutton a year, from land a tractor cannot approach, by an animal that requires nothing beyond what the hillside provides. Doris blinked slowly. "The carbon footprint of sheep has been described as significant." The soil carbon beneath Doris has measurably increased over the seven years she has been on this fell. She is part of a closed carbon loop. The Land Rover that carried the researcher to measure her is not. "Anything you would like the British public to understand?"* Doris walked away. Not rudely. She had completed her morning loop and was due at the water trough. She reached it, drank, and lay down in the shade of the stone wall. In lying down, she did the one thing she was placed on this fell to do. Which is to be a sheep, on a specific hillside, maintaining a landscape that does not maintain itself, producing food a nation is fed by, and existing quietly in a system that has worked for a thousand years. Brian noted the lying-down in the spreadsheet. It has been a productive morning. The campaigners against upland sheep farming were elsewhere. Doris will be here tomorrow. The fell will still need her.

My Demand for Arab League Members on Israeli Independence Day 🇮🇱 I, the Kuwaiti 🇰🇼, Jasem Aljuraid, address a bold demand directly to the members of the Arab League on the day of Israeli Independence. I say it fearlessly and without hesitation: Enough with the inherited hatred and historical lies! I demand the establishment of a living and open Jewish Quarter in every Arab League member state, especially the Gulf countries and all Arabic-speaking nations. I demand the full right of return for Jewish communities to the regions where they lived for centuries among us, with complete recognition of their memories and history. I demand the fair and transparent opening of the compensation file for the properties and livelihoods that were confiscated from the Jewish families who once lived among us. This is not weakness or mere normalization — it is a sincere demand for historical justice. This is a decisive rejection of the ideological hatred we inherited from our fathers and grandfathers, and a true resetting of accumulated historical problems to zero. On this Independence Day, let us turn remembrance into a genuine historic opportunity: Let us open a new covenant built on truth, reconciliation, and peaceful coexistence, instead of continuing the cycle of hatred and ruin. The ball is now in the court of the Arab League and its members. Do you dare to take a bold step toward justice? Jasem Aljuraid Canada, April 21, 2026

Dry dripping on bread, with a pinch of salt, was, for approximately four hundred years, one of the most common things a British child ate when he came in from school. The dripping was what was left in the pan after the Sunday roast. Beef fat, mostly, sometimes with a dark jelly at the bottom where the juices had settled. Your mother spooned it into a white enamel bowl, covered it with a plate, and kept it on the cold shelf in the pantry. It lasted a week. Sometimes two. It fried the Monday bubble and squeak, the Tuesday eggs, the Wednesday onions. On Thursday afternoon, before it ran out, you got a slice of bread spread with the stuff, a pinch of salt cracked on top, and that was tea. It was a treat. It was also just food. A child in 1930 would have looked at you blankly if you had suggested that beef dripping on bread was in any way remarkable. It was what was in the bowl. It was free. It tasted of Sunday lunch three days later. Beef dripping is approximately 50% monounsaturated fat, 40% saturated fat, and carries the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K from the pasture the cow grazed on. The cow ate grass. The grass had been growing on British soil since the end of the last Ice Age. The fat was the end product of ten thousand years of continuous ruminant grazing. A slice of bread and dripping delivered, for roughly the price of the bread, a dose of fat-soluble vitamins and usable calories that the rest of the British afternoon was going to need. Nobody got heart disease from bread and dripping. The British cardiovascular mortality rate of 1930, when almost every family ate dripping several times a week, was a fraction of what it is now. The British obesity rate of 1930 was essentially zero. The British type 2 diabetes rate was so low that the Royal College of Physicians considered the condition a medical curiosity. Then the dripping was quietly removed. First by margarine, invented in 1869 by a French chemist trying to feed the army, mass-marketed in Britain after the First World War as a modern, clean, scientific alternative to animal fat. Then by Crisco-style vegetable shortenings in the 1930s. Then, decisively, from the 1960s onwards, by the dietary advice that saturated animal fat caused heart disease. The advice was wrong. The research behind it was flawed, selectively published, and in some cases deliberately manipulated. The corrections have been appearing in the peer-reviewed literature for thirty years. The public-health guidelines have not been updated. Bread and dripping was replaced, in the British kitchen, by margarine on bread. Then by low-fat spread on bread. Then by skimmed-milk spread on industrially processed bread from the Chorleywood process. Then by a plastic tub of something labelled "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter," made from a blend of palm oil, rapeseed oil, emulsifiers, and flavouring, spread on a slice of Kingsmill so pale and so soft it could be balled up in one hand. The cardiovascular disease rates climbed through the same decades. The obesity rates climbed through the same decades. The type 2 diabetes rates went from medical curiosity to national crisis through the same decades. The fat your great-grandmother scraped out of the Sunday roast pan and spread on her child's tea was never the problem. The problem was what replaced it. Industrial seed oil, chemically extracted from seeds using hexane solvent, deodorised, bleached, and sold in a plastic bottle as a health food. A substance no human population had consumed in meaningful quantities before 1910, and which now makes up roughly 20% of the total calories in the average British diet. The dripping bowl on the cold shelf was a complete piece of nutritional engineering, evolved over centuries, running on the natural waste stream of the Sunday roast, costing nothing, delivering real nutrients, and causing none of the conditions it was eventually blamed for. It was thrown out of the British kitchen on the basis of a mistake. The mistake has never been corrected. The bowl is still at your grandmother's house, probably, at the back of a cupboard, unused since about 1985. The cow that built Britain is still in the field.

If you are old enough to remember driving in Britain in the 1980s, you will remember the windscreen. You could not see through it by July. A journey from Leeds to London in August ended with a front bumper that looked like it had been through a war and a windscreen that needed a proper scrubbing with a sponge at the services. Insects on the headlights. Insects in the wing mirrors. Insects packed into the radiator grille so densely that mechanics had to fish them out. This was simply the weather of the British summer, the cost of moving through a country that was still, in living memory, full of flying things. Get in a car now. Drive the same route. Stop at the services. The windscreen is clean. The Bugs Matter survey, run by Kent Wildlife Trust and Buglife since 2004, has been measuring exactly this. Volunteers clean their numberplate, drive a journey, count the splats on a grid. Between 2004 and 2021, the UK average fell by roughly 59 per cent. England alone: 65. Kent: over 70. The 2024 update found a further 63 per cent drop on top of that. The windscreen phenomenon has the data to back it up now. And not just the insects. Between 1970 and 2024, the UK Farmland Bird Index fell by 62 per cent. Turtle doves down 99. Grey partridge down 94. Tree sparrow down 90. A generation of British children has grown up without ever hearing a turtle dove call, because there are, in functional terms, no turtle doves left to call. Defra's own bulletin lists the causes without embarrassment. Loss of mixed farming. The switch from spring to autumn sowing, which took away the winter stubble the small birds had been feeding on since the Neolithic. The grubbing up of hedgerows to make fields bigger for bigger machines. Increased fertiliser. Increased pesticide. Specifically, the pesticides. Neonicotinoids on oilseed rape. Glyphosate sprayed as a pre-harvest desiccant on wheat and barley. Chemicals applied in combinations and volumes that would have seemed psychotic to a farmer in 1950, applied to grow the crops that feed directly into the plant-based shakes marketed to people who believe they are helping the environment. The insects died in the fields where the crops were grown. The birds that used to eat the insects, starved. The windscreen, accordingly, is clean. None of this happened on the permanent pasture that cattle graze. A herb-rich meadow grazed by cattle has more pollinators, more ground-nesting birds, more beetles, more everything per hectare than the arable field next door. The South Downs and the Welsh uplands and the Cotswold commons where sheep and cattle have been grazing for a thousand years are the places British biodiversity is still, just, holding on. The countryside did not empty because of the cow. It emptied because we replaced the cow with the combine harvester, the meadow with the oilseed rape, and the hedgerow with another half-acre of monoculture that needed spraying fourteen times a season to keep it alive. When someone tells you eating a steak is destroying British wildlife, ask them what was on the field before it became the soy farm, the rape farm, the wheat farm that produced the oat milk in their fridge. It was grass. And on the grass, there were cattle. And when the cattle were there, the windscreen needed cleaning.

IRGC COMMANDER AHMAD VAHIDI IS A WALKING FUCKING WAR CRIME WHO WANTS TO TORCH ANY SHOT AT NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE US. This radical hardliner didn’t just “rise through the ranks” during the Iran-Iraq meat grinder of the 1980s...he carved his path through blood and fanaticism, turning the IRGC into his personal instrument of terror. Now he’s the guy with the guns, the guy who literally holds power by keeping the threat of death dangling over everyone else’s heads. And right now he’s actively working to blow up any deal Iranian civilians or even pragmatic officials might want with America. Let’s be brutally clear about the monster we’re dealing with. Vahidi’s fingerprints are all over the worst atrocities of the last four decades. He’s tied directly to the 1983 Beirut barracks bombing that slaughtered 241 U.S. Marines and service members in one of the deadliest single-day attacks on American forces since World War II. He’s linked to the 2008 assault on the U.S. embassy in Yemen. And he’s the architect behind Argentina’s deadliest terror attack...the 1994 AMIA bombing in Buenos Aires that murdered 85 innocent civilians and wounded hundreds more. That wasn’t “resistance.” That was calculated, state-sponsored slaughter of civilians for pure geopolitical theater. This is not some rogue operator. This is the IRGC military wing’s iron fist...Quds Force ideology wrapped in the uniform of a man who has spent his entire adult life exporting death through proxies, suicide cells, and asymmetric warfare. He doesn’t believe in deals. He believes in dominance through fear, in keeping the regime locked in perpetual conflict so his faction stays indispensable. Psychology 101 for these hardliners: the minute real diplomacy threatens their monopoly on violence, they sabotage it. Because peace is weakness. Negotiation is surrender. And Vahidi’s entire identity...his power, his survival...is built on never surrendering. Bad fucking move. Because when you’re the guy single-handedly trying to derail talks that could ease sanctions, stabilize oil flows, and maybe...just maybe...pull Iran back from the abyss, you don’t just become an obstacle. You become a target. The kind that ends up on the quiet, precision side of a U.S.-Israel hit list. The kind where intelligence agencies with long memories and zero tolerance for repeat offenders start sharpening the knives. Vahidi isn’t protecting Iran. He’s protecting his own death cult fiefdom inside the IRGC. He’s holding the entire country hostage with the same playbook he’s run since the ‘80s...terrorism as strategy, civilians as collateral, and perpetual war as the only path to relevance. The world has seen enough of this shit. Time to remove the obstacle. Permanently. Before this hardliner’s ego and body count drag the whole region into another unnecessary bloodbath. 💀⚔️🦅🇺🇸

Slightly edited comment to a Brit, apparently very upset with us: The bulk of NATO showed up and did little or nothing but overstrain our logistics...some of them paid the Taliban not to attack them which is to say they paid the Taliban to attack someone else. For all the good they did, we'd have been better off if they'd stayed home. So why did we even accept them? There's a political philosopher - I suppose that's his most accurate title - in the US named Walter Russell Mead. I commend his work to you. Mead theorizes - and I think he pegged us pretty well - that there are four political and moral strains of thought in the US. For these purposes only two are really important. One set of these are the Jacksonians, named after Andrew Jackson, Old Hickory. You know, "In 1814 we took a little trip, Along with Colonel Jackson down the mighty Mississip..." You know, New Orleans, possibly the most lopsided shellacking ever delivered to His Majesty's forces? The Jacksonians mostly fight our wars. Because they like it. Otherwise, they just want to be left alone. The other set are the Wilsonians, as in America's worst president, Woodrow Wilson, a man so deluded and incompetent that he didn't just fuck up the United States; oh, no, Wilson managed to fuck up the world by leading us into the ill-advised intervention into the Great War that robbed the Kaiser's Germany of the victory she had paid for and earned. Hence Lenin and Stalin. Hence Hitler. The Wilsonians are progressives, yes, but also globalists, internationalists. No military activity, to them, can possibly be legitimate without massive international support, and no military activity can be legitimate without that. They are idiots, true, but they are politically very influential idiots. Thus, to placate them, we must accept international support even when it is little but a logistic drain, even when that support comes with a spiderweb of Tranzi treaties - the Rome Statute which created the never sufficiently to be damned ICC, Protocols Additional One and Two to the Geneva Conventions, and the Ottawa Anti-AP Landmine Ban - which we have never ratified (no, a mere presidential signature is insufficient) but by which our hands are bound when those allies show up. Thus, we ought not be allied to you anymore. We should cut you loose to find your own way, your own, no doubt unenviable, fate, your praying toward Mecca five times a day fate. We do not need you. You cannot help us but only hinder. You bring nothing to the table anymore worth having.

"DARVO (an acronym for "Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender") is a reaction that perpetrators of wrongdoing, such as abusers or sexual offenders, may display in response to being held accountable for their behavior. Research indicates that it is a common manipulation strategy of psychological abusers. DARVO is a tactic used by a perpetrator to avoid accountability for their actions. As the acronym suggests, DARVO commonly involves these steps: 1. The perpetrator denies the harm or abuse ever took place. 2. When confronted with evidence, the perpetrator then attacks the person that they had harmed, or are still harming. The attacker may also attack the victim's family or friends. 3. Finally, the perpetrator claims that they were or are actually the victim in the situation, thus reversing the positions of victim and offender. It often involves not just playing the victim but also victim blaming." (SOURCE: Wikipedia entry on DARVO)

He is now blaming the backlash against the Ostroushko family on me, stating that it's my fault they've been fired from their jobs. He's been sending me extremely aggressive messages all week and I normally wouldn't respond to this type of behavior but it's truly unhinged and he's promised to help the family sue me for....defamation. This is who the left-wing is. They hate you, will assault you, blame you for it, try to raise money off of it and then sue you for defending yourself. Truly disgusting people.

Cenk, you fucking propagandist... Do not dare presume to speak for the American people. Your black-pill defeatism drips with the same pathological cowardice that has always masqueraded as “anti-war” wisdom while empires rot from within. You are not the voice of the country. You are one of a loud, shriveled minority of ideological eunuchs whose moral compass was shattered the day they decided strength itself is the real enemy. The rest of us...with functioning brains, intact testicles, and a moral compass forged in the fires of actual history...want Iran fucking obliterated. Not “contained.” Not “sanctioned.” Not subjected to another decade of performative diplomacy while they race for the bomb and bleed the region dry through their proxy death cult. Obliterated. Iran is not some misunderstood regional actor. It is the central node of the Axis of Resistance...a theocratic terror empire that funnels billions into Hezbollah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, the Houthis, and every other Shia militia currently trying to strangle global energy chokepoints and murder Americans and Jews by proxy. Their regime chants “Death to America” as state liturgy, arms the very networks that have already killed our troops and civilians, and is months away from nuclear breakout. This is not “revisionist history.” This is observable reality for anyone not huffing ideological copium. Militarily, the strategy is as old as victory itself: decisive, overwhelming force. Precision strikes on Natanz, Fordow, and every known IRGC command node. Cyber dominance to blind their air defenses. Naval interdiction of the Strait of Hormuz to starve their economy in real time. No endless nation-building, no half-measures that invite the next October 7th or the next drone swarm on our carriers. You strike the head of the snake so hard the body convulses and dies. Sun Tzu didn’t write “proportional response.” He wrote about annihilating the enemy’s will to fight. We used to understand that. Psychologically, your bleating reveals the classic pathology of the appeaser: a deep-seated hatred of American power married to a victimhood fetish that always finds the Jew...or in this case the Israeli...guilty of wanting to survive. You project your own impotence onto the nation. You cannot fathom that a sovereign people might look at a regime that sponsors global jihad and say, with cold clarity, “Enough. We end this threat now so our children never have to.” That’s not bloodlust. That’s the survival instinct of a civilization that refuses to kneel. America does not exist to appease mullahs who dream of our annihilation. We exist to project power so overwhelming that our enemies choose despair over defiance. And the clear-eyed majority of this country...Trump supporters, independents, veterans, and every red-blooded American who still believes in the republic...understands that weakness is not virtue. It is suicide. So spare us the crocodile tears about “no one wants this war.” We do. Because the alternative is watching the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism go nuclear while you and your ilk clutch pearls and rewrite history to blame the only country in the region that shares our values. Iran delenda est. And the United States of America will be the one to write the epitaph...with fire and precision, not your pathetic whimpering. Deal with it, Cenk. And shut the fuck up. 💀⚔️🦅🇺🇸
