Interesante discusión hoy en @UTD_UC sobre la importancia de no sólo aumentar la sensibilidad diagnóstica del trauma en nuestros residentes, sino - y especialmente - aumentar la especificidad. Debemos evitar reduccionismos y banalizar la psicotraumatología. No todo es trauma.

In this study, we compared the novel "Flash Technique" with #EMDR therapy regarding the effect on aversive memories. The results showed that both methods were equally effective, but that the Flash technique was experienced as more pleasant than EMDR. doi.org/10.3389/fpsyg.…
