Our SHPE members are busy working this summer! Lam Vo is currently working at UCLA for a summer research internship! He is working on microbiome research and how the diversity of soil bacteria influence plant growth.

Our SHPE E-Board retreat to Dollywood was a blast! Definitely our best meeting up to date! Huge thanks goes to Gabriel Gonzalez our Treasurer for making this trip possible.

The SHPE 2018 National Convention was an amazing experience for all of us! Thank you to everyone from SHPE and the corporate sponsors who helped run such a successful event! We are all looking forward to Phoenix next year!
