The same way we get daily updates from NELFUND on the number of beneficiaries of the scheme is the same way we should be getting timely updates from the Presidential Metering Initiative that was initiated to ensure citizens are properly metered to end estimated billings in Nigeria.
Transparency at the bottom of the value chain is a major issue in our electricity sector and every other player gets to perform better when it is improved upon.
Data needs to be reeled out on at least, a weekly basis.
As of today, we don’t know how many meters have been distributed and the percentage of Nigerians who still need to be metered and most importantly, the timeline for the completion of the initiative which, for me, should not last more than 6 months.
I hope the new minister @JosephOTegbe makes this a priority.

I don't understand...
60 pieces of Nigeria's highest denomination monthly?
I am not even going to do the annual subscription coz na 2 weeks after I do annual sub them suspend my first account at 50k followers so I have learnt my lessons.
Wo! when they do promo again, I will buy the blue tick.
The crazy thing is that whatever you pay first is what you will continue to pay every month o so that's N720k annually just for blue tick?.
You know how many phones and laptops I need to sell before i make N720k profit(after expenses and salaries)?.
The blue tick go wait, e no dy run. When them don dy do promo for am again, abeg make una tell me.🤲
To all those telling me to come and buy the blue tick through them so they can do 6 months Premium+ for me at the cost of one month, if any of you DM me again, I will lay curses on you before blocking you.

Neo Officiall@neo_officialll
Abeg between ordinary Premium and Premium+, which is better?. Elon has changed so many things since the last time I subscribed so I no even know which one to buy again.

EBONYI STATE ENDORSEMENT RALLY: THE SOUTH EAST'S VOTE FOR PROGRESS AND PARTNERSHIP
Yesterday, the Pa Ngele Oruta Township Stadium in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, became the gathering point for thousands of people united by a common belief in progress, development, and purposeful leadership. The endorsement rally was not merely a political event; it was a powerful demonstration of confidence in President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and the Renewed Hope Agenda.
For many years, the South East sought greater federal attention to critical infrastructure and economic development. Today, that commitment is increasingly visible through major road projects, strategic investments, and policies aimed at expanding economic opportunities across the region. From improved connectivity to enhanced commercial prospects, the dividends of governance are becoming more evident, reaffirming the administration's resolve to ensure that no region is left behind.
The rally was graced by the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, and Her Excellency Chief Mrs. Mary-Maudline Uzoamaka Nwifuru; the National Chairman of our great party, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda; Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State; Governor Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State; and the Deputy Governor of Enugu State, Barr. Ifeanyi Ossai, representing Governor Peter Mbah.
Also in attendance were the Honourable Minister of Works, Senator David Nweze Umahi, CON, members of the National and State Assemblies, party leaders, traditional rulers, community stakeholders, and supporters from across the South East. I also acknowledge the unwavering dedication of the Ebonyi State APC Chairman, Chief Stanley Okoro Emegha.
What was witnessed was more than an endorsement, it was a statement of intent. It reflected a region embracing collaboration over isolation, development over stagnation, and results over rhetoric. The people have chosen to support a vision that prioritizes infrastructure, economic growth, and national cohesion.
The message from Ebonyi was clear: the South East is an active partner in building a stronger, more prosperous Nigeria. As the Renewed Hope Agenda continues to deliver meaningful outcomes, we remain committed to ensuring that its benefits reach every community, create more opportunities for our people, and strengthen the foundation for shared prosperity.
