Cardiac surgeons are actively discouraged from staying involved in the routine postoperative care of their patients around the country. A model that may work in congenital cardiac surgery is not necessarily the best for adult cardiac surgical patients.

Trying and failing not to hover while waiting for an OR as my 7am start got bumped by overnight heart transplant, bilateral robotic lung transplant (#18 here, #28 worldwide) & a type A , so here’s an emergency myxoma from a while back. The rich become richer using debt only. They take debt to invest in appreciating assets
AND
The middle class is always taught to either stay away from debt or lured to use debt to buy depreciating assets. If they buy any appreciating assets they are told to pay off debts quickly!!
The rich know the more debt they take the less they have to pay in future eventually because MORE money is getting printed every second and the value of the printed paper is going down fast.
This is the real reason for most to remain where they are.
