IRANIANS VOTE (NO CONFIDENCE)
IranUnchained is proud to announce the launch of “Iranians Vote”—a new app to allow Iranians to protest with a “Vote of NO CONFIDENCE” in both the Islamic Republic and their illegitimate elections.
We support our fellow Iranian dissidents plan to boycott the upcoming Islamic Republic elections on Friday, June 28th in protest—and we hope to provide them one more way of expressing their dissent—through a vote of NO CONFIDENCE!

Developed by @TransCF with support from IranUnchained, Iranians Vote uses Zero-Knowledge cryptography & the blockchain technology to ensure citizens can verify their eligibility to vote without compromising their anonymity or being traced.
The app is a fork of the open source incognito voting solution FreedomTool.org developed by @Rarimo_protocol.
It was first used by the Russian Opposition in a referendum challenging Putin’s inauguration: coindesk.com/policy/2024/05…
With Iranians Vote, users prove they are eligible to vote by scanning their biometric passports with their phones. The data on the biometric chip inside the passport is verified, and upon confirming authenticity, an anonymous voting pass for polls on the app is issued.
The app uses Zero-Knowledge cryptography to break any link between the issued voting pass and passport data. The passport data itself never leaves the mobile device used for scanning, meaning that it never passes through a server, and that there are no points where it could be intercepted.
Votes are published directly onto @gnosischain where they are tamper-proof.
