@flexinja This happened to me years ago and it ended up being sleep apnea. I would stop breathing for upwards of 20-30 seconds and jolt awake

just left the hospital, heart is doing okay, but nothing new. all my tests are the same as 6 days ago which is very concerning this happened again. both times this happened i was trying to sleep/nap, and just when i’m about to fall asleep i jolt awake as if my heart stops and i can’t breathe. super frustrating, it’s been driving me insane and i can’t sleep most nights for at least 3-4 hours of going through this process of trying to sleep, and then jolting awake, chest tightness, racing heart, dizziness, heat flashes in my body, hands/feet sweat, brain twitches. i’ve never felt more helpless to what’s happening. will make an appointment with a cardiologist tomorrow… i just wanna sleep and not have the feeling that my heart could burst any moment 🫩

i’m headed to the hospital right now due to another episode with my heart don’t know whats going on, but man i feel helpless and scared
