I'm seriously now wondering if they laid off half their staff for the website, which is pretty sad. I can't really reach their support and there is no easy way to submit tickets. This is an example of how you should not create your support and customer service scenarios.

So Blaze Pizza got back to me with no way to add to the case information and no link to a ticket. If you have anyone working on your website seriously look into your delivery button - it should redirect to uber eats or other services. I am probably going to end up with a dispute.
