And that’s a wrap on our 2022 Southeast District Conference, Eyes on the PRize! Thank you to both our attendees and all of our guest speakers!

Finally, we wrapped up the day with some representatives from @PRSSANational and heard about the amazing resources and benefits that membership offers!

Seawright talked about his personal journey to success, how he built his brand, and the overlaps between communications and politics.

For our third keynote, we heard from Antjuan Seawright, the Founder and CEO of Blueprint Strategy LLC, and Senior Advisor to the DCCC.

Our second keynote was Trent Flood, APR. Flood is a Senior Vice President and Communications Executive at Bank of America, and he talked about succeeding in crisis communications!

Finney also gave amazing advice about being the ‘only’ person in a room, and how that gives you different perspectives that are often more of a benefit.

Finney talked about her journey to the White House, her internship experiences, and how the path to ‘success’ is not always straightforward.

Eyes on the PRize day two was off to a great start with Amanda Finney, Special Assistant to the White House Press Secretary and Chief of Staff for the Press Office!
