I don’t begrudge Keir for trying to get the best education for his child. He’s right. We’d all do the same. But he’s specifically chosen to target parents *who work* to pay for education - including parents of SEND children. No other European country taxes them. But he will.

The school holidays have been so very hard for us all. Due to my daughter needing 24/7 care, we can't work so we have no choice but to try and survive on benefits so we are poor too. Life is so hard, really.

There is a huge crisis in the services for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. I've secured a debate in Parliament this week on this crisis. So many children are suffering and their families left totally exhausted by this situation. A lot of people have already shared their experiences with me and I will try to make as many of these points as possible in the debate. If you would like to share your experience of SEND provision, then please do so below.
