@Urbanears hiya babes x got plattan 2 headphones today and will not show blue led, i will hold it for 3 secs and a white led will flash continually then hold for another 3 and the white led will be constant will not go into bluetooth pairing mode or even turn off all together xx

@Urbanears when new cables? I need some replacements but pink is not an option I would like to take if possible. but seriously your cables are awesome, I never seen a cable visually break THIS far yet still work reliably with no signs of cable breakage.

Hey @Urbanears, Ive only ever bought 2 pairs of headphones, the first in 2012, which were stolen in 2018.. & my current pair.. They are the #Plattan BT ADV... But do you guys sell earpad replacements!? Ofc they still work and charge properly! #best #headphones ever, lol (#Legit)

@altomani_ Hello Michael, the ear cushions are only available from urbanears.com, you will have to purchase them from the store if you want to get a pair.  If you create an order over a certain value (specified on the website), an order can qualify for free shipping.
