Polarization is for the ice caps, not politics. #ApprovalVoting helps us elect elect candidates that reflect the values of the average voter, not those who lean into partisanship and inflated language.

We all know that bad incumbent we can't seem to get rid of. This happens because our voting method forces us to choose between the lesser of two evils rather than letting us choose our favorite. #ApprovalVoting fixes this.

With ballots already arriving, voters should feel empowered when they open them up. Instead, we often feel defeated and frustrated. #ApprovalVoting is a simple solution that empowers good candidates to run and you to choose them.

@mcuban You're on the right track with an alternative voting system but RCV fails to eliminate the spoiler effect and doesn't always count voters' second choices. Approval Voting is simpler, cheaper, and effective.

Agree 💯💯💯. The question is whether our existing 2 party system is capable of allowing this to happen. I’m a fan of Rank Choice Voting. It democratizes primaries in particular. Any thoughts on RCV or similar approaches ?
