We played better football with control and possession but couldn't still produce results

1. Lack of top-level experience
Carrick is still new to management.
Manchester United isn’t a place to learn on the job. it demands someone who has already handled elite pressure and big moments consistently.
2. Tactical level isn’t elite yet
His system can get results, but it doesn’t always show control.
Against top teams, small tactical gaps get exposed quickly, and that’s a concern long term.
3. Performances don’t fully convince
The results have been better than the actual performances.
There are still structural issues in defense and buildup that stronger teams will punish.
4. Unclear ceiling in player development
Top managers improve players and build a clear identity. It’s still uncertain if Carrick can consistently take good players to the next level.
5. United need certainty right now
This isn’t a long-term experiment phase. With the squad and expectations in place, the club needs a proven manager, not a project.

Every manager started from somewhere to get to the level they're in now. Carrick might not have the Aura and stuffs like that but he is delivering results he has defeated Arteta and Pep

Every time we ask for a better manager at Man United we are ridiculed. On the big stage even with the better team, an experienced smart manager will always outsmart a rookie, The examples are really in front of us. Pep is schooling Artertanin real time in the EPL. Tonight itself the best teams in Europe right now PSG and Bayern Munich having the first leg of the UCL semifinal and Enrique is school Kompany 5:4 psg leading . Even though Bayern is resilient since thy have a proper built team and depth but the managerial experience matters too Enrique got everything right going into this game. We cannot go on with Carrick, get me an experienced manager to lead man united back to greatness
