WellWithin Coach is a mobile app that was designed specifically for Women Veterans to help them heal and thrive. The app aims to support women at every stage of life, from navigating sexual and reproductive health, parenting and caregiving, and menopause. It also contains information and exercises for women healing after a traumatic event. WellWithin Coach can be used as a stand-alone education and self-care tool, or as a supplement to professional treatment. It does not replace treatment with a healthcare professional related to mental health conditions, such as PTSD. WellWithin Coach was made by VA's National Center for PTSD with input from Women Veterans and subject matter experts in women’s mental health. Features: Daily check-ins Exercises to promote mental health and address common life challenges experienced by women (e.g. pregnancy, motherhood, menopause) Tools to assess mental health symptoms and well-being Educational readings to help women navigate everyday life situations Download the app at mobile.va.gov/app/wellwithin… For help with this app, contact the National Center for PTSD at MobileMentalHealth@va.gov, or contact the VA Fresno MyHealtheVet Team: V21FREMHVTeam@va.gov .

No one who served in uniform should ever struggle to find a home. If you know a Veteran who is homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness, call the National Call Center for Homeless Veterans at 877-424-3838. This is a problem we can solve together. For more information on how you can help fight Veteran homelessness, visit VA.gov/homeless.
