10.לציפוי אפשר לשים מגוון תוספות: אבקת סוכר (רק לאחר שהעוגה הצטננה), קצפת עם קישוטי שוקולד לבן או ציפוי שמנת חמוצה: מערבבים היטב את השמנת החמוצה וסוכר הוניל ומיד בסיום האפיה מורחים על העוגה. 11.מקררים את העוגה היטב במקרר ומגישים לצד פירות יער או קצפת. 12.בתאבון!

8.נבדוק אם העוגה מוכנה על ידי הכנסת קיסם לעוגה. אם הקיסם יוצא נקי ללא תערובת גבינה העוגה מוכנה. 9.נותנים לה לנוח למשך שעה בתנור עד להתייצבות.
