Actor Vijay arrived today to take oath as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu wearing a black suit. Why is he wearing a suit? He is going to become the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu and has come for the oath-taking ceremony, not for a movie event or a party. Tamil Nadu’s traditional attire is veshti (dhoti), white shirt, and angavastram, which many other leaders also wear. Then why is Vijay not wearing that? Why is Vijay not following Tamil Nadu’s culture?

Why are TVK followers even bringing Pawan Kalyan ? 1. He started JSP in 2014 with “Congress Hatao, Desh Bachao” 2. Lost his first elections in 2019 3. Had no proper office, yet stayed and fought 4. CBN was in alliance with congress against BJP 5. In 2023, when CBN was jailed, PK went to support him even after being stopped on the road by police. 6. That was the turning point a mere actor stood for the people & politician. 7. He became the pillar of NDA–CBN alliance in 2024 8. Most people voted for CBN coz of him. 9. He reduced his own seat share for the alliance 10.His presence is what made Modi trust CBN again Meanwhile Vijay couldn’t even convince 7 MLAs to form a govt. Pawan Kalyan helped make the NDA alliance happen in AP, where the coalition govt stands strongly today. I mean… where is Pawan Kalyan, and where is Vijay? You people focus on your own state first... Don’t do “South unity” natak 24×7 while constantly spewing hatred against AP at the same time.

@SreenivasanBR By that logic, nobody got any mandate. TVK was the best. Another way to look at it - Local populace give a person a mandate for that area. And each of those persons can take a call. If is not as if the CM is elected directly.

To all those talking about respecting people’s mandate, morals, ethics - It is Vijay who is going against the people’s mandate by allying with Congress, VCK and Communists. People didn’t give Vijay the mandate to rule. They gave him only 108 seats. People gave the majority to those who opposed Vijay. Those who opposed Vijay won 126 seats which is more than the majority. This is simple logic. Those who elected DMK voted against TVK. Those who elected AIADMK voted against TVK. Those who elected Congress, PMK, VCK, IUML, Communists, BJP, AMMK, DMDK all voted against TVK. Because all these parties won against TVK in their respective constituencies. TVK stood in all 234 seats and lost in 126 seats and won in 108 seats. And this Congress, VCK and Communists opposed TVK and won. Now they joining is respecting people’s mandate and is moral and ethical? So what should have happened - Governor’s rule and then elections. Then Vijay can probably win even more big and form a government which will be morally ethically right. Oh wait! This is not it. Picture Abhi Baaki Hai. Watch the fun that will unfold 😜
