The Seitei War Saga began in Chapter 113. I believe it could end in Chapter 120 (that is, in 2 chapters). Why? Because 8 chapters is an interesting number for a full volume. On the 27th, we have Jump PRESS, which may announce the anime. That means Kagurabachi likely won't get the cover in the next two issues (April 19 and 26), it should come with Chapter 121, on May 3.
