$500M of Telegram’s Debt Gets Tokenized on TON and Goes DeFi Libre, a company that has already tokenized over $200 million in assets, involving institutions such as BlackRock and Brevan Howard, plans to introduce the Telegram Bond Fund (TBF) on the #TON network. The initiative aims to tokenize $500 million of Telegram’s debt, offering institutional-grade yield products to qualified investors. These #tokenized assets can be used as collateral for lending and product development on the TON blockchain. Major players are already in the #RWA game. Are you bold enough to join them?

I'm still under the impression and full of energy after meeting and dining with the Governor of Phuket. We discussed our projects, including the first green buildings in Thailand, built with cutting-edge tech. I gave a tour of Layan Green Park to showcase our quality standards and presented Layan Verde, a world-class project drawing global attention to Phuket. We also talked about improving Layan Beach and the abandoned Dream Beach Club. The Governor promised to look into whether we could renovate it on our own. Our team is ready to restore this fantastic infrastructure site, which unfortunately didn’t survive the pandemic. We've already sketched out ideas to transform this location into a key attraction for the entire island. I left with the impression that the Governor was pleasantly surprised by our achievements and how much we love and are committed to developing Phuket 🏝️

At a recent conference, someone asked why, being a founder of such an established business as real estate, I decided to launch an #RWA startup. For me, the idea of Sabai Protocol is quite simple, but I’ll share it here too. I wasn’t into blockchain at first. When I moved to Phuket 12 years ago and looked for business opportunities, we started by creating Villa Carte, a real estate rental and sales company. Then, I got into the development of the Layan Green Park residential complex, which is already hosting guests and generating income for investors. Next up is Layan Verde, a mini-city in Phuket with bionic architecture—the largest and most iconic project that we’re building right now. At some point, I realized selling real estate the traditional way wasn’t enough. We had international buyers from the start, but traveling them back and forth was a hassle. That’s when we thought—why not tokenize real estate? It makes deals transparent, secure, and accessible to investors globally, without the usual headaches. Another thing, why we got into this—investment property starts at around $100,000. At the same time, #tokenization allows people to invest in the property fractionally starting from just $50. The idea of giving everyone the chance to invest, no matter where they’re from and how much money they have, totally captivated me. That’s how the Sabai Protocol was born. Now the idea has become a reality—people from all over the world are already investing in our tokenized real estate. But during this time, we’ve realized that Sabai Protocol is more than just a #realestate tool—we can tokenize any business, startup, or project. As my team love to say— tokenize every atom of this world. I’ll share more of our milestones here—stay tuned!

I fly to Singapore every year for the world’s largest blockchain event #TOKEN2049. This year, Sabai Protocol was represented there with its own booth for the first time. It’s a completely different level of experience, and most importantly, results. Over the course of just a couple of days, we connected with hundreds of people from all over the world. Once again, I was convinced of how great and valuable the product we are creating is. I am very proud of my team!

Tokenization is gaining momentum even faster than I anticipated. This week, Goldman Sachs announced the launch of three #tokenization projects by the end of this year. The primary reason is the interest in tokenized assets from the bank's B2B clients and partners. Mathew McDermott knows exactly what he is doing and why. As do Laurence Fink from BlackRock. And so do we. Sabai Protocol made the right bet three years ago. From the beginning, I had no doubts about our project. But seeing confirmation of our vision from such market giants is gratifying. Only forward, together with the best team!
